31 January 2021 deadline

I’m sure that you will appreciate that this is an extremely busy time because personal Self-Assessment Tax Returns still need to be filed by 31st January 2021.  Accordingly we would appreciate any clients that haven’t yet let us have their records to complete their Tax Return for the year ended 5th April 2020 to send them to us as soon as possible.

Following the latest Government announcement, we find ourselves having to follow the Tier 4 guidance which means that, whilst this exists, we will not be able to hold face-to-face meetings.  However, we are able to hold virtual meetings via Zoom or Teams.  If this is of interest to you at any time please let us know.

Wherever possible it would be better to let us have electronic copies of their records and these can be sent to us by email or we can provide details of our online portal where records can be securely uploaded by you and we will then receive a notification so that we can download them.

However, we appreciate that sending electronic records is not always possible.  Should this be the case then we will accept delivery of the records (in a socially distanced manner) to the office which remains open during normal office hours [outside of the normal Xmas/New Year closure].

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding during this time.

We would also like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.
